Your profile
- You are studying computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study.
- Ideally, you have a basic understanding or initial experience in the areas of server hardware, client and server operating systems (Windows Server 2019, Windows 10) or network technology.
- Ideally, you already have some experience with PowerBI, Jira, Confluence or SAP; in any case, you are willing to familiarize yourself with new software tools.
- You are confident in using MS Office.
- You have a technical interest.
- You are communicative, teamwork is important to you and you are oriented towards processes and standards (BPMN, ITIL, NIST, etc.).
- You are interested in complex processes and issues.
- You are characterized by your structured and independent way of working.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
Your tasks
You are passionate about digitalization and want to contribute and expand your knowledge in the Digital Operations team then exciting topics and tasks like these are waiting for you:
- You support the team in their daily doings.
- You take over the coordination and follow-up of project meetings.
- You support us in workshops and appointments with customers as well as in project communication.
- In particular, you design content and create structures/processes, thus facilitating the creation of our future project roadmaps.
- You create and improve templates for project reporting and find solutions for automated report generation
- You use modern tools to contribute to the further development of internal software tools and the associated user documentation
- You prepare, visualize and present topics and data.
- You create instructions, document standards and overviews (e.g. on Confluence) on project management activities and thus contribute to the transfer of know-how.
