Description du poste

As a Quality Engineer, you will be one of our quality consultants performing on one of our major engineering projects in Germany. You will also be contributing to our development and growth within the Automotive industry. 

As Quality Engineer, your main responsibilities will be: 

• Support the Project Team, to ensure the project Safety, Quality assurance by coordinating all quality and safety activities throughout the project (SQCDP). 
• Perform FAI 
• Project quality (establish, follow and coordinate quality plan) 
• Project execution control (control quality, report quality alerts, make modifications) 
• Measure and improve project quality performance 
• Carry performance measurements 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Engineering, with a result oriented and proactive mind-set. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on several exciting projects throughout their career with Alten, developing their engineering knowledge as a Quality Engineer and a consultant. 

• Experience in managing quality/problem solving tools 
• You have a first encounter with industrial manufacturing, product development or design. 
• You have a technical knowledge on both product and process. Knowledge in following topics is a plus: quality systems, safety awareness and quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM,...) 
• Bachelor’s level degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline. 
• In the context of international projects, a good English level will be necessary.  
• Knowledge in German is very advantageous 
• You are aware that customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business, you are proactive, caring, rigorous, open-minded and have excellent interpersonal skills.
