Job Description
- You are a full member of our global team within mobility purchasing. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the future of employees alongside experienced and supportive team members.
- You familiarize yourself with the role of an internal consultant by actively contributing in various projects: we focus on topics such as Competence Management, Leadership, Collaboration, Change and Transformation.
- Furthermore, you contribute to designing and delivering training programs, facilitating communication and collaboration among teams.
- Last but not least, you get the chance to put your moderation skills to the test with moderation of internal workshops and sessions with management attendance.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field ofEconomics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Cultural Studies (e.g. Media Science, Communication Studies, Sociology etc.) or comparable study programs and practical experience
- Experience and Knowledge: experience in project management is an asset
- Personality and Working Practice: creative, with strong communication and analytical skills, diligent, organized, with a structural approach, a team player
- Work Routine: you will be part of hybrid work conditions i.e. a blend of in-office work in an international environment and remote work
- Languages: fluent in German and English

Start: March 2025
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
