About the Project:
Our Global Gender Equity Project aims to promote and implement actions that advance gender equity within Allianz and across our global operations. This initiative is critical to our commitment to diversity and inclusion, and we are looking for a passionate intern to support our efforts in making a meaningful impact.

How can you make an impact?
- Assist in the preparation of materials and reports related to gender equity
- Conduct analytical tasks, including data collection and analysis, to support project goals
- Provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth coordination of activities
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Support the organization of workshops and meetings related to the project
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrated passion for gender equity and diversity initiatives

Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA
- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or management is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on a variety of tasks
