Are you interested in international HR work and do you have intercultural competence? In this case, our team is the right place for you! The support of our foreign branches is as much a part of our job as the support of expats and impats.

Your Tasks:

• Organizational support for temporary assignments abroad
• Application for certificates and visas, registration and cancellation of insurances and preparation of supporting documents, e.g. invitation letters
• Supporting the HR Global Mobility team in day-to-day operations   
• Researching country-specific information    
• Collaboration in projects, preparation of internal information for our knowledge database and/or assistance in adapting our internal team processes

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in business administration, social sciences, business law, business administration, psychology, law or similar, ideally with a focus on personnel / human resources
• First practical experience in human resources - ideally in an international context
• Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our international work, but also for dealing with German authorities
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desired Skills:

Furthermore, you should not be afraid of dealing with employment or other contracts. You should also be interested in learning the basics of residence and labor law as well as social security and tax law in an international context.
