In our international HR team, responsible for the tire replacement business in the EMEA region, we are now offering the exciting opportunity to get to know the work of our department thoroughly. You will accompany our operational and strategic day-to-day business of our talent managers and support various projects.
For optimal learning success, the internship ideally covers a period of 4 to 6 months starting in Januar 2025, whereby a combination of voluntary and compulsory internship is also possible.
The focus will be on the following activities, which you will tackle in cooperation with an experienced talent manager:
- Organization, improvement and support of development programs for employees
- Implementation of our Marketing & Sales Graduate Program
- Driving our Diversity Initiatives including its strategic development and implementation
- Collaboration with the team in Hanover on organizational activities and administrative tasks
- Independent research on specific topics, a clear presentation of the results as well as a proactive suggestions improvement
Qualifications
- Students in the field of business administration, social sciences, business psychology or comparable field of study
- Specialization or first experience in human resources management is beneficial.
You are confident in handling MS Office programs - You have fluent English skills (written and spoken), German language skills desirable
- You are independent, and proactive in your way of working
- You are a supportive team player with strong communication skills
