Here’s your chance to join! Effective 17th March 2025, we’re looking for a working student (all genders) to become part of our Beats & Bytes tech organization in the eCommerce team.

This is what you can learn here:

• You can grow as an eCommerce and digital project manager
• You can get insights into tech-business-relationship management
• You get to know eCommerce Technology practically through internal projects
• You learn about agile project management methods
• As part of a central department, you get insights into different parts of the company in Central Europe

Your tasks:

• You support the eCommerce team in Shopify store theming and store maintenance
• Monitoring communication channels with the CE territories and providing first-level support for territory requests is another responsibility of yours
• Coordination of training sessions and forwarding support requests for CRM, Customer Support, and Analytics tasks
• Project Management tasks and documentation
• You will be creating materials for training courses
• Supporting Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) processes in alignment with Product Management

You fulfill these requirements:

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program, e.g. engineering, computer science, media technology, communication, management, or another relevant field of study
• You already have basic knowledge of html/css
• Shopify experience and/or experience with Web Content Management Systems is a plus
• It’s easy for you to display information graphically in an easily accessible way
• You are reliable and apply an organized way of working
• You have excellent communication and team skills and you like working in an interdisciplinary team
• You have great verbal and written communication skills in English, and German skills are a plus
