For our Merchandising department in our Head Office in Munich we are looking for a passionate and driven Merchandising Trainee supporting full time (40 hours per week) for a duration of 1-year starting in June. In this position you work closely with our Merchandising team by supporting them in all actions within the Central and Eastern Europe Region.

Job Responsabilities

• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for all product categories
• Monitor and analyze daily business sales performance
• Support store stock requests and rebalance stock based on store performance
• Support and follow up on product transfers within the market (DE, AT, CH, PL, CZ) and across Europe
• Provide relevant feedback on collections and boutique performance at market level
• Support retail operations to increase sales turnover
• Implement action plans in collaboration with other departments (e.g., VM, Training, Marketing)
• Prepare support materials for buying sessions (sales reports, forecasting tools, and presentations for Store Managers)

Profile

University studies with a focus on fashion management, business administration, or another relevant field First significant experience in an analytical position (ideally in Retail Merchandising or Business analyst) Strong passion for the fashion and luxury industry Rigorous approach with quantitative data Analytical mindset Strong organization skills Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in German and English - another language on top is a plus
