Ihre Aufgaben

As a Working Student in Mobile Network Capacity Management, you will support the design, exploration, and implementation of AI-driven solutions for analyzing and optimizing mobile network capacity. You will work closely with the Capacity Management team to prototype use cases that enhance forecasting, automation, and decision support within a large-scale mobile network environment.

• Support the development of AI/ML use cases in the areas of capacity forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation.
• Assist with data collection, preprocessing, and analysis of mobile network KPIs.
• Explore cloud-native architectures and contribute to building prototypes that run in Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with senior experts to evaluate the feasibility and value of new AI-driven concepts.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and technical summaries for internal stakeholders.

Das wünschen wir uns

This role is ideal for students who are passionate about mobile networks and cloud-native technologies and eager to gain hands-on experience applying AI/ML methods in real operational scenarios.

• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of mobile networks (4G/5G architecture, radio access, core networks, KPIs).
• Foundational knowledge of cloud-native concepts and familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Interest in AI and machine learning, combined with an analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English; experience with Python or other scripting languages and German language skills are a plus.
