Do you want to apply your analytics skills to build insights and help shape business strategies for Amazon? The Customer Experience Strategy organization is seeking a highly-motivated working student to join our team in Munich for 16 hours per week. You should be available for at least 6 months.
The Customer Experience Strategy organization is dedicated to improving Amazon’s business, internal processes and technology. Our team’s mission is to constantly challenge the status quo and innovate the end-to-end customer experience. As a Working Student, you will support the team in market research, data collection and analysis across multiple business areas and geographies. Rooted within a dynamic, innovative and diverse environment, this role will provide you with ample opportunities to learn about customer experience in an e-commerce environment while you help Amazon to achieve its’ vision: to be Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company.
Key job responsibilities
- Assisting Product Managers executing various projects across different Amazon businesses
- Collecting and analyzing data on customer-centric processes that contribute to create best-in-class experiences
- Analyzing key success factors such as product offer, prices and delivery performance
- Collaboration with international teams
Basic qualifications
- At least in the third semester of your Bachelor's or completing a Master's degree;
- Enrolled at university for the time as working student;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner;
- Fluent in German and English language (written and verbal communication);
- Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel;
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Preferred qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science and engineering or related field;
- Experience in understanding working with complex topics;
- Experience in analyzing data sets, SQL skills & data science knowledge a plus;
- Previous experience in the field of Customer Experience Research or Market Research, and familiarity with data collection and analysis tasks is a plus.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
