ABOUT THE TEAM

We are on a mission to build world-class operations for Trade Republic. Our talented Product Operations experts are given the most complex, hard-to-solve problems and create scalable solutions throughout the company to enable its hyper-growth. From optimising product workflows to ensuring seamless operations, there's nothing our Product Operations team can't do. Our Product Operations team isn't here to maintain existing systems but to drive the development and management of world-class products from inception to delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Assist the Product Operations team in designing and implementing scalable processes to support our products and drive Trade Republic’s growth.
• Coordinate customer communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product/Engineering, Operations, Legal/Compliance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Fluency in English
• Enrolled or completed a university degree (study focus in the field of economics, business studies, law, computer science, mathematics, physics, humanities or other relevant fields)
• Initial relevant experience in a fast-paced environment (high growth startup, leading management consulting firm or investment bank)
• Interest in banking, finance, capital markets, and their regulatory frameworks
• Independent working attitude with adherence to deadlines
• Effective communication skills, dedication and strong organisational abilities
• Proactive with an open-minded attitude, unafraid of new challenges
