What you'll do
Support for the CAD Drawing Team:
- Support projects in various areas within the GRF organization.
- Monitor processes and projects.
- Actively support in collecting, analyzing data, preparation, and design of relevant material
- Maintain data in the SAP real estate system.
- Support team in operative business.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Computer skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
- Language skills: fluent in German, English
- Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative.

Global Real Estate & Facilities is responsible for SAP's global real estate portfolio and operational facility management (FM). We see ourselves as an innovative and reliable partner to the business within SAP, developing first-class workplace and infrastructure solutions aligned with SAP's values.
Our various departments handle tasks related to building management, services, real estate, and construction management for our office buildings and data centers.
SAP's Global Facility Management is responsible for all locations in Germany, which include over 50 buildings and a total area of over 700,000 square meters. In addition to the SAP headquarters in Walldorf, the portfolio includes properties in St. Leon Rot, Berlin, Potsdam, Düsseldorf, Dresden, Eschborn, Freiberg, Hamburg, Markdorf, Munich, and St. Ingbert.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
