Job Description:

AUFGABENSTELLUNG

• Aktive Begleitung und Mitwirkung beim Umwelt- und ​ Arbeitsschutzmanagement

• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen oder Abbildungen

• Recherchearbeiten

• Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen

• Unterstützung bei Projekten und Aktionsverfolgung

• Teilnahme an Besprechungen

• Mitgestaltung von Prozessen

• Sie zeichnen sich als Organisationstalent aus und sind kommunikations- und kontaktfähig

• Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Eigeninitiative zeichnet Sie aus

• Verbindliches Auftreten

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)

• gute Kenntnisse in gängiger Bürosoftware, insbesondere Tabellenkalkulation und Präsentationen

• Englisch: Gut

• Deutsch: Fließend / Verhandlungssicher
