Working Student After Sales (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

• Contact person for our national and international customers and distribution partners in the case of complaints
• Ensure a smooth complaint process
• Support the customer service team in operational tasks
• Provide product advice and generate additional sales

Your profile of qualification:

• Studying business administration (Bachelor or Master) or other (comparable) study 
• Proactive and service-/ and solution-orientated personality
• You have a hands-on mentality and high motivation 
• Very good command of English and especially German (further languages would be fine)
• First experience in sales or service, preferably in customer relations field within an international environment
