Intern/working student (f/m/d) GNC Engineer - Day-of-Launch Procedures

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to work as Intern Day-of-Launch Procedures (f/m/d). You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology? Then apply for us.

Your Tasks

· Development of a Day-of-Launch process and creating Go or No-Go
recommendation in terms of vehicle performance and safety margins
· Post-processing of radiosonde measurements
· Designing trajectories including wind data
· Setting up of different wind profiles and testing them in the flight simulator
· Performing Monte Carlo simulations and statistical analysis

Your Qualifications

· A masters/bachelor student in engineering or science
· Experience with atmosphere models such as GRAM
· Knowledge in Matlab, Simulink, and Python
· Self-independent, creative and a structured way of working
· Fluent oral and written English skills (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
