As a Customer & Services Student (d/f/m) you will support us in providing our customers with the best possible product experience and service quality.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll doWorking Student or Intern Account Management (01.03.2024, Munich)
- Account Management tasks: Learn and handle various tasks related to Account Management in a MidMarket SaaS company, such as upselling, upgrading, renewing, downgrading, downselling, and retention.
- Event Organization: Plan and organize team events and customer gatherings for specific market segments.
- Supporting OKR work: Assist the Customer Success OKR Team by gathering data, communicating effectively, and creating slides and presentations.
- Strategic Market Initiatives: Contribute to the success of Strategic Market Initiatives by offering support and insights.
- Billing Management: Support the finance team by managing billing tasks, including reaching out to customers for overdue payments through calls and emails.
- Outreach Tool Management: Create templates and campaigns in our outreach tool for effective communication with customers.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed We are seeking interns and working students who effectively communicate and strengthen relationships with our customers. This includes the ability to listen to and understand their needs, and present solutions and products effectively.
Hard Skills:
- You are a registered student in an area such as Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable course of study
- You ideally have first experience in the areas of human resources, SaaS Sales, customer service, and/or in the startup industry
- You have experience in creating analysis in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- German is a must as we communicate with german customers only - but nevertheless English is our company language
- You demonstrate excellent people skills with strong communication and interpersonal expertise
- You have strong problem-solving skills and are able to adapt to changing situations and customer needs
- You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, with which you also solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner and accept new challenges
- You show a high degree of proactiveness, diligence, and a get-stuff-done mentality
