This role would make you a part of our Powertrain Electrified Mobility (PEM) business unit. In PEM we research, develop and test HV components and systems for the electric powertrain of hybrid and pure electric vehicles. This is what PEM in ERLANGEN offers:

Working Student (m/f/d) Software Development

Your new field of activity

• You support maintaining the software environment for different project variants

• You are testing new features of motor control software on HIL

• You are tracking process compliance activities for software development

• You help in special topics in the area of ​​software testing and development

• You support in creating and maintaining reports of development activities

Your qualifications

• You are a student (m/f/d) in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology or equivalent

• You have first experience of electrical motor control and version control systems

• You have knowledge of matlab/simulink/stateflow

• You have gained experience with ALM tools such as Polarion, Jira or Teamforge

• You have experience with Microsoft office tools

• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English

• You are characterized by a high level of initiative, good communication skills and strong analytic as well as logical thinking skills
