Responsibilities

• Participation in strategic projects in the area of sales management, as well as in international marketing & sales projects

• Support in the establishment of data-driven sales processes

• Contribution to the development of new processes, methods and tools in the area of sustainability, digitalization, and pricing

• Independent development of work packages

This could be an internship as well as the writing of a thesis or conduct of a final project. As a graduate, you can either choose the fast lane to a management position as a trainee or start putting your knowledge into practice as an entry professional.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies at the Ruhr-University Bochum (Bachelor or Master), preferably in the area of Business Administration or Economics

• Strong problem solving skills and initiative (be able to think unconventionally)

• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English

• Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes combined with excellent cooperation and communication skills

• Confident appearance and constructive handling of feedback

• Great commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
