Apprenticeship Office Management / Focus Finance & Operations (m/f/d)

Position

Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a highly motivated and German-speaking apprentice (m/f/d) to join our team in February 2024. 

As an apprentice in office management with focus on Finance & Operations, you will be responsible for supporting our Finance & Operations team in various administrative and organizational tasks.

About you:

• You enjoy administrative work and ideally have gained initial experience through internships
• You can communicate fluently in German, both orally and writing
• In addition, you are interested in the areas of office and travel management, facility management, accounting and reception 
• You have a basic understanding of economics and business administration as well as analytical and mathematical talent
• You can work independently, are reliable and work in a structured manner
• You are proficient in the usual MS Office programs and can quickly familiarize yourself with digital tools 
• You are open-minded towards others and distinguish yourself by your willingness to support
• You are able to work on site in the office

Your tasks:

• You take over general administrative tasks in finance, accounting and office management such as scheduling, document management and data maintenance
• You will gain insight into a creative agency
• You support with internal and external communication in connection with agency matters
• In addition, you can actively participate in projects and initiatives to continuously improve our agency life
• During the three years of your apprenticeship, you will not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also learn how to master practical challenges for your future
