The following challenges await you:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, logistics and operations.
• Apply konwledge gained in training to real-world situations within the company, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within the supply chain.
• Gain experience with advanced supply chain software and technology and use data analysis to optimize operations.
• Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making strategies related to inventory management, demand forecasting and distribution.
• Develop a broad understanding of operational strategies, compliance and sustainable business practices.
• Participate in key projects and responsibilities under the mentorship of industry leaders, providing valuable insights and strategies to drive the companys's success.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field
• Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Strong aptitude for technology and willingness to learn new systems
• Capability to perform well in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative-taking
• An eagerness to dive into issues, identify potential solutions and take ownership of tasks
• Willingsness to grow and develop within the company and demonstrate a long-term commitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Fluent in English and German
