Our job in Sales & Customer Service Academy is to ensure the skills and knowledge development  of our sales teams all around the world. To ensure this, we constantly look for, prove and implement new trends in the world of learning. Focused at the pedagogic and didactic aspects, we shoot videos, podcasts, turn the information about technical features into an escape game, develop apps and persuade everyone around us about the fresh methods that boost the learning effect. You can find us behind the scene as well as on the stage at training events,  whether they are face-to-face or virtual.

Responsibilities: 

  • You accompany and support us in the organization and implementation of national and international training events
  • You support us at the creation of web based trainings
  • You assist us at developing strategies, concepts and methods that the salespeople will need in the future
  • You support us in visualization of our concepts and results
  • You help us to keep the track at the ongoing projects
  • You enrich our team with your fresh ideas and perspectives

Qualifications / Skills: 

  • You are studying humanities, didactics, psychology, communication or a comparable course
  • You are a team-player
  • You enjoy dealing with people
  • You are creative, flexible, innovative and ready to break new ground
  • You are committed and work in a structured and independent manner
  • You maintain an overview in complex situations
  • You can express yourself flawlessly in German and English, both in writing and orally
  • We welcome MS Office and anything beyond
