You’ll get the opportunity to

Site event management and personnel marketing:

• Selection and brand-compliant design of event-related employee gifts as well as the entire logistical organization and implementation,
• Support with the planning and organization of internal events and celebrations,
• Design and implementation of information material and trade fair stands for HR marketing,
• Administration of the registration process for the company's internal international customer fair.

Internal communication and process optimization:

• Development of Microsoft PowerApps for various internal applications,
• Analysis of internal company communication structures and implementation of identified improvement measures,
• Modernization and support of the internal branch website (SharePoint),
• Creating internal newsletters and running the various communication media.

Health, occupational health and safety:

• Support in the planning, implementation and management of company health promotion measures (Well-being) in a hybrid working environment.

Key skills

• •Bachelor or Master student with remain duration of study of at least 1 year,
• Good command of English, both written and verbal,
• Open and friendly nature, no difficulty in approaching people and making contacts,
• Independent and autonomous working style,
• Picking up loose ends and developing solutions,
• Curious to explore unfamiliar territory, familiarize yourself and learn about new areas,
• Technical affinity and good communication skills,
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and tasks.
