WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Supporting the ESG Manager in carrying out ESG and Sustainability projects on strategic and operative level
• Ongoing analysis and evaluation of market developments, regulatory initiatives and customer requirements in the context of ESG and Sustainability and visualization of results
• Support in creating and implementing processes to integrate ESG and Sustainability further into the company
• Active role in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of committee meetings, workshops, trainings and other internal events

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have a passion for ESG and Sustainability and are motivated in advancing associated practices within organizations
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program focused on ESG and Sustainability; Alternatively enrolled in an economics, natural sciences or social sciences related program with a strong emphasis on ESG and Sustainability
• First practical experience (e.g., through internships or a working student positions) in the field of ESG and Sustainability
• Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Business fluent in English; Advanced proficiency of German is a plus
• Interest in learning constantly about ESG and Sustainability topics
• Team player that is also able to work independently with good self-organization and project management skills
• High level of initiative with a hands-on mentality as well as enjoying working in a dynamic and intercultural environment
