Talent Management Intern (German Speaking)​​ (m/f/d)

In Talent Management we plan, design, and implement development measures, tools to promote, retain talents and establish sustainable succession planning and development. We set up career development strategies and programs across diverse seniority levels and implement them globally. 

You will

• Coordinate and steer Global Assessment Centers in collaboration with the Talent Partners. 

• Independently support team members in various Global Development Programs. 

• Provide effective assistance in preparing high-quality documents for internal and external presentations, program materials, reports, and newsletters. 

• Work closely with the Communication Expert in community management, writing, designing, and communicating with different stakeholders. 

• Manage dedicated Talent Management Projects through effective project management. 

Your skills 

• Background in psychology, educational science or related fields. Knowledge in diagnostics would be an advantage. 

• Structured and organized approach to work with a strong attention to details. 

• Curiosity and learning agility to adapt to new challenges. 

• Excellent prioritization skills, handling competing priorities under tight deadlines. 

• Strong analytical, organizational, conceptual, and social/communicative skills (oral and written). 

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications. 

• Dedicated team player with an ability to adapt to changing priorities. 

• Passionate student about communication, project management, public speaking, and related fields. 

• Fluent in both English (speaking and writing) and German. 

• High customer orientation and a pragmatic approach. 

• Immediate availability and interest in a 4 to 6-month internship on a full-time (38h/week) or part-time (16-20h/week) basis.
