As part of the job, project requirements and processes will be documented and optimized. Your tools for this will primarily be Confluence and Jira.

Your Tasks:

• You are responsible for mapping the project process landscape in Confluence.
• You work out the optimization potential of the processes in consultation with the process owners.
• You take care of the structural optimization of day-to-day work processes and procedures.
• You support the project management (organization of appointments, protocols, etc.).
• You create instructions and documentation.

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, natural sciences or a comparable course of study
• Good to very good knowledge of Office applications
• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira an advantage
• Independence and analytical thinking
• Very good communication skills

• Systematic and structured way of working as well as a high level of commitment and initiative
• High level of commitment, creativity and willingness to learn and perform
