Department Description & Job Purpose

The role will focus on supporting the Engagement Manager on building an overarching framework and toolbox for our new offering “Right-shoring assessment”.

Key responsibilities

• Support on specific project tasks, under the guidance and supervision of senior colleagues
• Contribute to the preparation of detailed decks regarding Right-shoring methodological approach and tool box
• Contribute to create pitches under the guidance of an Engagement manager
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks until completion
• Discuss with Engagement Manager ideas of possible future clients needs that may lead to projects
• General contribution to Allianz Consulting and Team internal activities

Key requirements

• Enrollment in a German University, or (for an internship) in a gap year
•  An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
• Your excellent command of English
• Your interest in insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
