Within the organization unit “Strategy & Operations”, the Corporate Functions Operations team drives and orchestrates GFA’s transformation in close alignment with the GFA Leadership team, experts and other stakeholders, by constantly executing and innovating along the following dimensions. Design, develop, deploy and improve finance processes. Collectively involve stakeholders and users to increase the process maturity while achieving exceptional process experience. 

The Source-to-Pay (S2P) Process Management Team increases visibility into spending and decision-making for the end-to-end source to pay process (Demand - Source - Contract - Procure – Invoice - Pay) and ensure that processes are intuitive, simpler, standardized, automated, more compliant and more effective. 

S2P resolves end-users needs while considering SAP’s strategic business and compliance requirements by the implementation of simpler and homogeneous S2P processes, plus embed generative business Artificial Intelligence (AI) into cloud solutions (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur) to make our customers happy. 

S2P strives to centralize, automate and standardize services and drive process excellence and fully adopted SAP Procurement Solutions to reduce and avoid operational workload. The S2P team support the procurement and shared services organization by orchestrating the ecosystem and upcoming challenging environment via collaborative internal business partnerships as well as strong relationship with our external suppliers.


The individual is purpose driven has high levels of social skills and is motivated by challenging tasks and has the ability to cope with a volatile environment. 

The S2P Process Management Team is looking for an encouraged working student to support the entire team on running projects and monitoring of ongoing simplification and standardization initiatives. Driving initial freshly defined initiates to enhance our Cloud solutions (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass and SAP Concur) and general project management support as well as process documentation and operational support (Work Zone modification and updates, etc.). 

Additional areas of responsibility may be identified over the time depending on the candidate’s strengths and interests. The key for the successful candidate is being eager to learn, a keen interest to Procurement topics as well as a high affinity to technology.

Min. duration would be 6 months with willingness to prolong. 
Preferred start: March 2024
Minimum working hours 15-20 per week.


  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences 
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Business Administration, VWL/BWL
  • Languages: Excellent German skills written and spoken; fluency in English; any different language is a plus
  • Ability & willingness to learn and work in an international environment
  • Analytical skills, high quality awareness
  • Soft skills: Highly motivated, High Service Attitude, result driven, proactive, team player, good communication skills, ability to work independently and flexible, expert in organizing and time management, creative)
  • Computer skills
    • MS-Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) – advanced knowledge
    • any SAP Technology is a plus
    • any insights into video creation/photoshop, etc. is a plus
  • Project management skills is a plus
  • Experience with MS SharePoint or Work Zone is a plus
  • Experience on video production is a plus
