This challenge awaits you:

The Information Technology & Services department provides central IT solutions for the entire company. With your skills and ideas, you will support the team and our IT processes.

Your Tasks:

• You will support the development and implementation of concepts, processes and solutions in Identity & Access Management at IAV.
• You advise our internal customers on all IAM topics.
• You will analyze the business, IT and compliance requirements in the area of IAM.
• You are responsible for the monitoring and initial analysis of business processes in day-to-day business.
• You will work in IT service management & IT support.

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing university studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field of study
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• German and English language skills of at least C1 level

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Powershell, SQL and Active Directory
• Initial experience with ITIL: "Service Operation"
