Your Path to Leadership:

• Year 1: Immerse yourself in the role of a Project Engineer, building technical expertise and delving into the world of Mars and our iconic brands.
• Year 2: Explore different cultures and refine your leadership style while working abroad, supported by Mars both personally and professionally.
• Year 3: Take charge as you manage your own team, applying knowledge gained in previous years to develop associates and build a future career within Mars.
  

What We Expect from You:

• Hold a master’s degree in chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, graduating in 2023 or set to graduate in 2024.
• Fluency in English and German
• Possess a passion for Engineering and Leadership, driven to carve a career in this space.
• Embrace challenges, step outside your comfort zone, and question the norm for efficiency.
• Ideally, have experience managing a group or project, either within your degree or from a previous internship or role.
• Be flexible and open to working abroad (in Europe) for at least one year, with the right to work in Germany for the 1st and 3rd year.
