Job Description

intern in our Global Executives & Talents team! Support us in the conception, roll-out and evaluation of development offers for our international talents and leaders

  • work on the development and implementation of various leadership and talent management initiatives
  • connect our global talents through active community management
  • support us in our performance management projects
  • organize workshops, trainings, and networking events
  • learn how to work with demanding target groups and build up touchpoints with them
  • research innovative HR-topics and evaluate the results for our projects
  • support us in our day-to-day work: get in touch with the global business units of Axel Springer, create presentations, teambuilding initiatives and other materials


ambitious team player with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, who enjoys tackling challenges and building something from scratch in a fast-paced environment

  • you are studying psychology, economics, or social sciences with a focus on human resources, or you are between a bachelor's and master's degree
  • you are interested in the topics of Global People & Culture, especially leadership and talents
  • you have a knack for organization and communication, have already gained some practical experience and enjoy working in a team
  • you never stop being curious, think "out of the box" and want to develop yourself further
  • you take responsibility for your actions, you know how to prioritize and work independently
  • you have excellent knowledge of German and English as well as MS Office skills
