Working Student (f/m/d) Sustainability & ESG Communications

In this global, cross-functional role, you will be working with marketing and communications experts around the world. Your role will be to help manage and create content to enhance our sustainability efforts and communicate them effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

This position will support the team with the development and implementation of sustainability and ESG communications by:

• Content creation: assist in drafting engaging content for various communications channels, including social media, our website, newsletters and reports. This includes visually compelling and informative materials such as infographics and presentations to convey our stories

• Research: discover and recommend trending topics, identify influencers, research industry best-practices and benchmarks related to sustainability and ESG communications

• Reporting: track and analyze program key performance metrics using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

• General support: working with the team on other tech-for-good related programs and supporting with communications materials, event support and logistics

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in relevant studies, such as Sustainability Management, Decarbonization Management, Environmental Studies, Sustainable Economics, or related fields

• Previous experience in form of internships and/or working student activities in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, communications, or related areas is a plus

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide intelligent conclusions/recommendations

• Good copywriting and editing skills in English

• Interested or willing to engage with technical contexts, ability to transfer technical matters into relevant content for a ‘less technical’ audience

• Very good MS Office skills

• Creative mind, passion for sustainability and ESG topics, with a desire to contribute positively to environmental and social issues

• Team player with open and communicative personality

• Self-driver, structured and pro-active with hands-on approach

• Willingness and ability to work and deliver under time constraints
