Huawei’s Nuremberg Research Center is responsible for Network Energy Advanced Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning.

The Power Conversion Technology Laboratory within the Huawei’s Nuremberg Research Center is responsible for Advanced Digital Power Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning, and plays an important role in the Huawei Digital Power business in the design and development of power converters and control systems for applications such as PV Solar & Battery Energy Storage Field, Data Centers, Electric Vehicle, and Embedded Power Supply.

Your mission

• Be responsible for pan-European new energy-related trends & insights as well as technical analysis focusing on local top universities and research institutes
• Provide on-time weekly insight reports of new energy fields such as Energy Storage Technologies as well as pre-selected TOP universities’ academic activities updates.
• Join local technical discussions/conferences if required
  

Your areas of expertise

• You are enrolled in a Master’s or Bachelor's degree course in electrochemistry, energy storage, or other related majors
• Familiar with cutting-edge energy storage systems (battery, thermal, hydrogen, PV etc.) and their application scenarios
• Experience in technical insight research is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (working language)
