Working Student (m/f/d) Portfolio Intelligence

About the role
Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in the Portfolio Intelligence team to support the teamâs suite of products that enable analyses of the companyâs project portfolio. Data quality and availability is a key priority and requires technical know-how while working closely with diverse teams.
The position is preferably located in Freiburg, or at our headquarters in Munich.

What You Will Do

• You will support with the development of internal tools, reports, BI dashboards, and other products owned by the Portfolio Intelligence team.
• You will support the automation of processes, workflows, data collection, data quality checks, and documenting these to shape a more data-driven culture.
• You will engage with colleagues and contribute to promoting best practice methods, knowledge management, and onboarding of new users to data-based products, internal tools, and templates.
• You will facilitate recurring and ad-hoc reporting processes by performing data analytics tasks and liaising with project managers.
• You will support ad-hoc, administrative tasks when needed.

Your Profile

• Relevant degree in numerical discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative, pragmatic, well-organised, with a passion for advancing renewable energy
• Naturally curious, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a proactive team-player
• Experience with Python (or similar) is an advantage but not required
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage but not required
• Available for 16-20 hours per week, for a minimum period of one year
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
