• Lead brand positioning to support the implementation of the BU value proposition
• Develop strategies to ensure consistent customer experience, manage and coordinate brand architecture in terms of nomenclature, book-values etc.
• Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency in look and feel and analyze brand health indicators
• Organize market research and develop plans to address deviations in brand structure
• Lead global brand strategy and steer brand portfolio as well as trademark strategy
• Support the marketing team in developing product/concept communication materials to position Henkel BU across all customer touch points
• Develop systematic approaches and programs to identify and map consumer journey generating long-term innovation ideas 

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business, marketing, or science related studies
  
• First successful experience in digital marketing, brand development or market analysis in a related business, international experience is highly appreciated
  
• Fluency in English language is required
  
• Confident skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and digital saviness
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  
• Beauty addict with a creative mindset, curious about beauty trends and innovations

We offer you an attractive salary between 800-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
