Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its potential to drive innovation in the field of refrigeration and HVAC system controllers? Are you looking for an exciting internship where you can explore various AI applications and contribute to shaping the future of sustainable technologies? Join us as an AI and Automation Intern (m/f/d) at our location in Hamburg, located in the Hafen City.

Job Responsibilities

This internship provides a unique opportunity to engage in diverse projects across three dimensions of AI application in our field: 

Post-Sales AI Support:
•    Conduct an in-depth study and analysis of post-sales processes and customer support systems.
•    Research various AI-driven solutions, such as chat-bots and AI-supported systems, to enhance customer self-support and information accessibility.
•    Prepare detailed reports and recommendations on the most suitable AI approach for improving post-sales processes and customer interactions.

AI-Powered Product Interaction:
•    Explore different AI-based methodologies, including ChatGPT-like systems.
•    Study the existing programming interfaces and analyze potential improvements using AI-driven approaches.
•    Evaluate the feasibility and user-friendliness of AI-powered product interactions in programming HVAC systems.

AI-Optimized Eco-System of FRL Controllers:
•    Investigate and assess AI algorithms and machine learning techniques suitable for optimizing the performance of FRL controllers.
•    Analyze the architecture of the eco-system, focusing on the Edge and Cloud interactions.
•    Propose potential AI-driven algorithms for local control on the Edge, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and realtime adaptability.

•    Basic programming skills in languages like Python, Java, C++, Matlab, or C.
