Working Student IT Support (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Working Student IT Support (m/f/d) to support the IT department.

What You Will Do

• You provide 1st level IT support and technical assistance via ticket system and in person
• You troubleshoot hardware (laptops, iPhones, docking stations), software and printer issues
• You setup equipment for new employees and complete on/off boarding
• You will document and hand over complex incidents to colleagues from various competence teams for 2nd level support
• You will gain insight into a highly professional device management with standardized infrastructure and security measures in a globally operating company.

What You Bring

• Current studies in computer science, IT, or other related fields
• Ability to install, troubleshoot Windows/iOS/MacOS environments is a bonus
• A great deal of empathy and willingness to communicate with people at all levels
• English and German languages at working proficiency (written and spoken)
