Internship (f/m/d) AI Enablement of Embedded Devices

Then you will want to be a part of the growing Artificial Intelligence Competence Center at NXP, a leading semiconductor company.

Responsibilities:

At the AI Competence Center, we are looking for a student passionate about enabling a variety of AI algorithms on a demonstrator platform that uses NXP devices with ML acceleration. Leverage your creativity for implementing new, fun, and innovative ways of AI inference on edge devices in one of our flagship projects. During this internship, our team members will support you to deploy, optimize, and evaluate AI algorithms on NXP devices and set up a real-time demonstrator. In your project, you will learn to push your software development and machine learning skills further. You will invent, implement, and integrate methods to deploy and optimize neural networks. With your own ideas you will enhance our demonstrator setup. After your internship, you and the team will be proud of having developed a real-time embedded AI application.

Preferred skills:

·       Very strong skills in programming languages such as Python, or C/C++

·       Profound knowledge of embedded systems

·       Experience with Linux environments

·       Fundamental know-how of neural networks (PyTorch/Tensorflow)

Your Profile:

·       Currently pursuing a degree in computer sciences, or other related fields (Master)

·       Experiences with embedded systems

·       Capability to work independently and accurately

·       Strong critical and analytical thinking

·       Good English communication skills for interaction with our multinational team across multiple sites

·       Looking for a challenging internship in a leading Edge-AI high-tech company
