Our department is responsible for all forms of communication, both external and internal, and we perform a wide range of tasks including maintaining our intranet platform, social media, and writing all sorts of communication-related pieces. Our team is very international and we work closely together with colleagues in India, Mauritius, Romania, and across several other European locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the head of communications with daily business (including some administrative tasks)
• Planning and organizing both local and global events
• Opportunity for developing project management skills
• Preparing internal and external communications material (writing/editing/proof reading of texts), including maintenance of intranet pages
• Cooperating with different departments and international project teams
• Typing, compiling, and preparing presentations/newsletters/other communications materials
• Aligning communications material with key stakeholder groups

Key Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (preferred) in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Excellent writing and communication skills in German and English
• Previous familiarity with intranet technologies
• Social Media know-how
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or – as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)
