Our "ADAS Systems Architecture and Requirements Engineering" team is looking for a working student to support us on the following project of "E³ 2.0 platform."
We contribute to basic concepts regarding developing hardware (like sensors), designing software architectures and set up the foundation for an appropriate requirements management. As a working student, you get the chance to collaborate with our team in supporting us with  the setup, programming and configuration of various tools to enhance our reporting facilities. In addition, get the chance to enhance your knowledge on model based systems engineering methods, formal specification languages (ie. UML or SysML) and agile collaboration which all fulfill a profound part in shaping the future of mobility within the Volkswagen group. 
Join us in creating a better future for the driving experience in a more comfortable, more sustainable and safer way. 


  • Carry out data modeling, scripting and configuration of reports in Microsoft Power BI
  • Develop Java based scripts in our Systems Engineering tools
  • Conduct programming of scripts for various tasks in MS Excel using VBA
  • Design and extension of documentation areas in Atlassian Confluence
  • Create and organize o Templates, Structs etc. in Atlassian Jira


  • Enrolled student within engineering, mathematics, information technology or equivalent field
  • Basic knowledge in Java programming, Scripting languages (JavaScript, VB Script, Python etc.), Database development (incl. SQL) and Data exchange formats (e.g. XML, JSON)
  • Demonstrated passion and curiosity for programming tasks, data modelling and technical contexts
  • Analytical understanding, proficient commmunication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English


  • Duration: 6 months
  • 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
