Working Student - Academy Operation Management

At CARIAD, we're bundling and further expanding the Volkswagen Group's software expertise. We’re uniting over 6,500 global experts to build a scalable technology stack, including a software platform, unified electronic architecture and reliable connection to the automotive cloud. Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.
Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

YOUR TEAM

Our "Academy Operation Management" team is looking for a working student to support us in the ramp up and thrive forward an operational service center that enables access of our customers to the ACADEMY's portfolio and services.
Our team acts as a service center, where we design and offer solutions designed to fulfill the needs of  our Caridians.  This consists of learning platforms services, supporting specialists in peer2peer learning and organizing the CARIAD learning portfolio.  You get the chance to collaborate with us in helping all your colleagues unleash their potential skillset so that that they can implement these to shape the future of the automotive industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Set up and operate services for customer demands on learning experience environment, portfolio management and accessibility, culture & change support and event management
• ldentify and analyze operational needs systematically and build up scalable support structures to tackle those needs
• Design support processes and foster the digitalization of HR with internal and external partners
• Coordinate small projects with autonomy and responsibility
• Develop and implement innovative methods and ideas for academy services in CARIAD
• Deliver solutions and support in highly dynamic environment

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in digital systems and services, event management, pedagogy, human resources or equivalent field 
• Demonstrated interested in IT system solutions and services within L&D environment
• Basic understanding of HR service processes with clear customer orientation
• Willingness to learn, how to drive and manage a service operation within a company, with external partners and service providers
• Experience with project management within a diverse environment

• Remote work options
• Duration: 6 months
• 20 h/week, with the option to adjust to 35 h/week during semester break
