We are the Partner Integration Team and therefore responsible for the growth of the fashion platform ABOUT YOU. This includes, for example, customer acquisition and onboarding of external partners whose collections and ranges are sold in our international online shops. We take care of the first contact with brands and retailers and take on the task of drawing up contracts and preparing and managing our integration projects. We also check if and when our partners are ready for our projects. We present and create the partner models and work closely with our ABOUT YOU teams throughout the entire process. In integration projects, we create technical interfaces to new partners, sometimes together with service providers. As a (Junior)Project ManagerMarketplace Integration (m/f/d), you will be responsible for our partners within the framework of various cooperation models and steer integration projects as central point of contact from kick-off to launch. You will also be responsible for projects in relation to the strategic development of our cooperation models. 

Responsibilities

• Project management for partner integration projects, ownership of brands' journey to ABOUT YOU's platform
• Close collaboration with fashion brands and retail partners on multiple project stages, from requirements to realization and testing to go-live
• Communication around and facilitation of partner onboarding with various teams and technical enablers
• Independent identification of growth potentials, support of partners in taking decisions enabling them to scale their business on ABOUT YOU
• Continuous optimization of interface processes and management of projects to improve partners' experience on the platform

 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, economics or comparable education
• Initial work experience in a digital environment, e-commerce, consulting, project management 
• Very good knowledge of English
• Confident and friendly appearance and superior communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities, entrepreneurial thinking and creativity in developing solutions
