Working Student in Accounts Payable with Spanish and Portuguese (m/f/d)

Join us at KWS Berlin GmbH as a Working Student in Accounts Payable with Spanish and Portuguese (m/f/d), part-time. This role offers a 6-12 month contract, with an average workload of 20 hours per week.
 
Your responsibilities:

• Support the Accounts Payable core processes such as processing invoices.
• Get in touch with other departments such as Business Units or Procurement.
• Support on ad-hoc tasks that arise within the team.
• Engage in projects focusing on automation, optimization, and digitalization.

 
Bring Your Strengths:

• Enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus, with a minimum of 1 year (2 semesters) left of studies. 
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure when facing new tasks.
• First experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong interest in Finance or Accounting.
• Conscientious working style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory - Portuguese it’s a plus.
• Preference for availability four times per week.
