As part of the ONEGLOBE initiative, we are looking for aWorking Student Service and Contact Management (m/f/d)in the field ofCommunication and Customer Experience for our Global Transaction Center (GTC) at KWS Berlin GmbH in Berlin . 

The Working Student Service and Contact Management (m/f/d) will work with the Lead and the Service and Contact Management team and support communication and customer experience of the administrative organization. If you are interested in working independently on service-oriented topics, are highly motivated, a team player and enjoy taking on responsibility, we look forward to getting to know you soon.

This position is temporary and part-time.

Your Tasks

  • As part of our team, you will be involved in the communicating new and existing services, creating presentations, writing and reviewing news articles as well as revising and supporting the creation of newsletters prior to publication.
  • You will design interactive multimedia content assets that engages and appeals to users both digitally and through analog media.
  • Maintain existing and assist in the development of new communication channels, updating content, increasing usage and improving overall quality.
  • Actively participate in the development of customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Seek opportunities to expand and train communication skills within and beyond own team and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Your Profile

  • You are a student in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, Customer Experience, Administration or similar.
  • You are familiar with Adobe tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere or others.
  • No further experience is required.
  • Your "customers" are your colleagues at KWS, so it is important to you that their inquiries and requests are dealt with quickly and to a high standard. You are not satisfied with the status quo and look for ways to make your job even better and more efficiently.
  • You are enthusiastic about familiarizing yourself quickly with new tasks. You are proactive and take responsibility for a quickly and thoroughly learning your new role.
  • You enjoy communicating and discussing with many different colleagues in order to find the best solutions. You always communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully.
  • You are not afraid of conflicts and deal with problems openly, seeing them as an opportunity to make problems transparent and find better solutions.
  • You are fluent in German and English. Any other language skills are an advantage.
