Commercial, Contract, Governance and Performance Manager Working Student (m/f/d)

The Commercial, Contract, Governance and Performance Manager ensures the efficient management of outsourcing relationships. He / she is responsible for commercial management, contract management & governance, and performance management of outsourcing contracts. 

You will  

• Manages contract life cycle including implementation phase, change request management process and exit management  
• Analyzes and interprets contracts and ensures the organization is aware of key aspects of the respective contract(s)  
• Implements and maintains contractual governance scheme and manages the escalation within the respective contract / process  
• Provides guidance and advice to business / service owners in contract-related processes and areas  
• Ensures effective definition of contracts and processes and an updated documentation of them  
• Drives monitoring of risks and contingency and ensures IRCS controls are performed and documd  
• Takes responsibility for subcontractors and other obligations approvals  
• Controls and steers contractual performance by defining, adapting and monitoring various quality performance indexes  
• Assumes responsibility for order management, invoice checking, cost controlling and benchmarking of the contracts  

Your skills 

• Advanced Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business administration, economics, IT, Law or other relevant areas 
• Relevant work experience in business processes of the provided service   
• Process, project management and IT service management training and / or certification desirable   
• Possessing legal and insurance business knowledge  
• Being assertive and convincing in negotiations and possessing analytical thinkin  
• Applying project and quality management, consulting and organizational transformation and change management skills  
• Fluency in English essential and German desirable (spoken and written), other languages in Allianz Technology world beneficial
