Would you like to gain your first practical experience in Talent Acquisition alongside your studies? Then the Talent Acquisition team at the RKW Group is the right place for you! If you are committed and would like to work in an international team, we would be delighted if you could support us for 20 hours a week at our Mannheim location in the following areas:

• Publication of job adverts and pre-screening of applicant documents
• Identifying talent via social media channels (Xing, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in operational tasks including scheduling interviews
• Close dialogue with hiring managers and participation in interviews
• Participation in employer branding campaigns and recruitment events in cooperation with our Communications department
• Support with international projects

Your strengths

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the fields of (business) psychology, human resources, business administration or a comparable degree programme
• Ideally, you have some experience in recruiting and employer branding
• You are enthusiastic about talent acquisition
• You are not afraid of contact with applicants
• You would like to work in a small, agile and digital team and contribute your creativity and self-drive
• You enjoy approaching people to work on and drive forward your topics
• You are willing to work in a dynamic and international environment
• You have good MS Office skills
• You speak very good German and English
