Huawei's Research Centers are responsible for Advanced technology research, Architectural development, Design and strategic engineering of our products.

Our HR department is looking for a talented, enthusiastic and highly motivated in Intern (m/f/d) via our external recruitment partner to strengthen our recruitment team. We are looking forward to welcome you on board of our multicultural HR team!

Now we are looking for an:

Intern (m/f/d) for Campus Recruitment Projects

Your mission

• Work with our project team to identify and contact young talents in the research field as well as develop and manage the relationship with our target universities
• Be the candidate's point of contact through the hiring process until on-boarding
• Internal and external communication (with candidates, managers, stakeholders, etc.)
• Support on reporting (statistics, etc.) and HR administration tasks

Your areas of expertise

• Ongoing Master or Bachelor studies in the area of Psychology, Business Administration or similar directions
• Ability to interact with all levels within the company and represent the company professionally towards externals
• Fluency in English; Chinese and German knowledge would be a plus
• Team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture
• Hands-on and can-do attitude
• Well-organized and structured working style
