Working Student in Supply Chain (all genders)

As a Working Student in our Supply Chain Department, you will work closely with our Expansion, City Management & Central Operations teams to support our daily operations and help us to expand. You will be joining a dynamic, fast-paced start-up where you’ll have ownership and impact from day one!

• Supporting in procurement (restocking, orders on demand from cities), including sourcing and purchasing of supplies and equipment, while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards
• Processing orders for new gyms, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Managing inventory, ensuring constant availability of equipment, hardware and tech
• Overseeing warehouse operations, handling inbound/outbound equipment logistics efficiently
• Supporting equipment financing initiatives to optimize cash flow and operational efficiency

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (preferably, business related field)
• You have a process-oriented mindset
• You are structured, organized and hands on
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• You feel comfortable in the fast-paced start-up culture. Previous experience in an offline operations startup is a plus
• Fluent in English and German
