Internship - Category Management

Starting date: June 2024 

Duration: 3 - 6 month

We offer you the opportunity to gain a direct insight into the Global Category Casting, Machined Components and Assemblies belongs to Purchasing cluster Mechanics Vitesco Central Purchasing of Vitesco Technologies.

Your Mission:

️Support of Category Purchasing in strategic and operational tasks, also in a global environment (i.e. in English).

️Support of contract management: preparation and follow-up of contracts (Strategic Supplier List, General Quality Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Strategic Suplier Contract, Sourcing and Tooling Agreement)

️Organisational tasks such as coordination of appointments, supplier support, preparation and administration of various documents, preparation of presentations and statistics in Microsoft Office

️Administrative tasks in day-to-day business

️Usage of Microsoft office and various purchasing-specific software tools

Your Talents:

️Studies in the field of economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study

️Confident handling of MS Office programs

️Very good in written and spoken English language

️Self-initiative and a quick grasp, flexibility, creativity, ability to work in a team, commitment, organisational and communication skills
