Our German Office is rapidly growing and therefore we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) - Reception for our Munich office. You will be the first point of contact between customers, guests, employees and external service providers; someone who has demonstrated strong administrative skills, enjoys helping others, takes ownership of their work, is solution orientated and strives working with an ever-changing, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming and outgoing mail and coordinating goods

• Telephone switchboard support

• Welcoming and looking after our guests,

• Administration and ordering of office materials and work equipment

Essential requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme  

• Relevant internships  

• Friendly and confident demeanor

• Service-oriented

• Independent and structured way of working

• Proficient in MS Office

• Fluency in German; good written and spoken English
