How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a graduate in the international Group Finance team, you will gain insights into global and strategic finance and investment topics of the ALDI SOUTH Group as part of a 14-month graduate programme
- You will work actively in different areas of finance, contributing to projects that support the company’s goals, such as our group-wide concepts for strategic investment initiatives or planning processes
- You will be responsible for projects in each of your assignments and work with experienced colleagues and managers on creative solutions to problems
- You will also have the opportunity to work across different teams at ALDI SOUTH Holding
- You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues on cross-functional topics in a dynamic and international environment
- You will have the opportunity to take part in various training courses to improve your soft skills, focussing on areas such as communication, conflict management, decision-making and self-organisation
- As a graduate, you will be in an environment where you can constantly learn from internal and external experts to best prepare yourself for your future career at the ALDI SOUTH group
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a graduate, you have a degree with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
- You have initial work experience in the form of internships or part-time jobs
- You are characterised by a high degree of willingness to learn, commitment, initiative and flexibility
- You are a committed and motivated person with strong communication and teamwork skills
- You have a hands-on mentality and feel comfortable in an multicultural environment
- You are fluent in English
